Express Circuit Classes
The Peak
Studio and Freemotion Fitness have partnered with the fitness industry's leaders in education, personal training and program
design to develop results-driven circuit training programs that meet the needs and time constraints of every member. Classes
are instructed by a personal trainer, for just a few dollars. The energy of the class pushes each person to make the best
of their workout time. Circuit classes build friendship and fitness. This winning combination is what makes it stick. Our
members have reshaped parts of their bodies that did not change with traditional workouts and their same old routines.
Lifelong athletes are experiencing strength and conditioning they did not know they were missing. Deconditioned people are
building strength and comfort with machines, toys and movements they would not have tried. It all combines for a fantastic
experience that employs the best training and eqiupment, including Freemotion machines, free weights, spin bikes, kettle bells
and plyometric exercise.

Kids circuit is offered Monday - Thursday in studio during the adult 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. classes. Children
ages 5 and up should wear comfortable clothing and tied tennis shoes. Reach your peak!
